The Burger Boom continues, the growth of gourmet burger bars has been immense and this has crossed over into retail. The consumer now sees burgers as a trendy must have product. There is an art to making the perfect burger which we have perfected over the years debating the nuances of grind size, muscles and fat ratio.

Nothing beats…a really special burger when it comes to simple food pleasure. Our burgers are made with 100% honest Irish meat and simply seasoned with salt and cracked black pepper. We start with the best beef possible – Hereford, Aberdeen Angus etc to make a premium burger with a real point of difference. The texture is that of a homemade pattie, open and fluffy, a firm bite yet unquestionably succulent. Our burgers are packed in skin pack which improves the flavour over life and ensures they remain succulent. We freeze fresh on the day of production to ensure we capture them at their freshest. Ideal to grill, fry or cook on the BBQ.
